I am the co-owner and operator of Helix Health group. I believe creating an environment of health and wellness begins with an open empathetic therapeutic relationship. Someone that spends more than 10 minutes working to be sure diagnoses are correct and medications are optimal? After trying to navigate that world myself with family members, I made it my goal to do things differently. With me, you're more than just a number. I am able to provide diagnostic evaluations and medication management. My "office" is a safe space - anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQIA+, whatever the issue you face this is a place of non-judgment and I'm here to help you navigate.

I understand that making decisions about psychiatric medications is difficult, especially when there are so many factors to consider. Medications can facilitate emotional healing, but their limitations must be recognized. When prescribing, it is my goal to understand your priorities and collaborate with you in an effort to find a medication that is beneficial with minimal or no side effects. Genetic testing is available for those who would like to know more about how they metabolize medications.

As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner- Board Certified (PMHNP-BC) I perform diagnostic assessment, medication management, and treatment of those with mental health disorders. I focus on individuals with eating disorders, disordered eating, body dysmorphia, and BPD, but have openings for any diagnosis. As someone with personal experience of having an eating disorder and BPD I know how hard it is to find providers understanding of the unique challenges faced by the population. I strive to make sure my patients are heard, and work with them to help get them the proper medication and treatment.

An ideal client would be someone who is open, honest, and willing to ask for help. This person wants to get better and is open to suggestions and treatment options. They are willing to put in the effort to help themselves and work as a team with their provider in order to move toward mental wellness.

Eric Lyakhovetsky is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and has been involved in the psychiatric care of children and adults since 2010. He has studied at a variety of colleges including Indiana University, Bloomington before finishing his masters at Indiana University, Purdue University, Indianapolis. Eric takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to treatment, with an emphasis on helping patients to understand their conditions and treatment options. He has extensive experience working with children, teens and adults ranging up to age 35 with a variety of conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression and trauma.

Leticia L. Vance is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Indiana who has been practicing since 2012. She has a Master of Science in Nursing Indiana from Wesleyan University: Primary Care Nursing, a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Post-Master's Certificate from Eastern Kentucky University. Leticia has experience with patients who have to balance mental health issues with their chronic disease management.

Kimberly Grider is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Indiana who has been practicing since 2022. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University and her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Kimberly has experience providing mental health care for children, teenagers, adults, and older adults. It is her goal to create a safe space for clients to feel seen, understood, and empowered to be their best selves. Kimberly partners with clients to provide evidence-based guidance to help them meet their mental health goals and achieve overall well-being.

Sarah Miller is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Indiana who has been practicing since 2015. She has a Bachelors in Psychology from Indiana University, a Bachelors of Nursing from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Masters in Nursing from Vanderbilt University. Sarah helps clients by providing holistic/well rounded care that focuses on minimizing the need for medications and improving overall satisfaction with life. She provides a comfortable environment that allows for open communication and active listening.

Tyler Smith is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Indiana who has been practicing since 2021. He earned degrees in both BSN and MSN at Indiana University. Tyler practices very thorough and detailed assessments and treats each person as an individual to give the best patient centered care he can provide. Tyler has knowledge of therapeutic methods, locations, and opportunities to meet individual and specific needs. He has experience in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric treatment as a provider.
