I am Board Certified in Adult Psychiatry and have been practicing since 2005. I completed my residency from Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and my Fellowship in Addictions from the Robert Johnson Wood Foundation. In 2014, I was featured in SJ Magazine as one of New Jersey’s top psychiatrists. I have experience working with adults as well as adolescents suffering from both psychiatric diagnosis and substance use disorders and have extensive experience working in both out-patient and in-patient settings.

Sheryl Terzini is a Psychiatric Clinical Nurse Specialist who has been practicing since 1982. She graduated from IU School of Nursing with a degree in Psychiatric nursing and community mental health. She had a fellowship for study from the NIMH. Sheryl believes in focusing on the whole body and self and not just treating symptoms. She believes in an integrated approach with other providers and specialists. Her main focus is assessment for medication, but may also include brief therapy, referrals, and lab tests to fully diagnose the situation.

Ashley Girardi is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She has been psychiatric nurse for almost a decade and received her master’s degree in 2017 with a specialty in psychiatry/mental health from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has practiced in outpatient, inpatient, addiction and community health settings. Her goal is to provide holistic, integrated care for a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, bipolar, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, addiction and ADHD.

Rhonda Palmer is a board certified child and adolescent mental health provider who began her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse serving both the geriatric population and children with terminal illnesses. She received her Bachelors and then Masters degree in Nursing from Indiana University in 2010. She was awarded her Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree (DNP) from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2017.

Matrika Brown, PMHNP Matrika Brown is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Indiana who has been practicing since 2014. She has an MSN, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from the University of Southern Indiana, a BSN from the University of Southern Indiana, a BS from Park University and an AAS from Community College of the Air Force. Matrika believes in a minimalist approach to medication prescribing and utilizing lifestyle medicine foundational principles and mind/body medicine techniques as adjuncts to medication management to improve overall outcomes.

Dr. Zeba Madni is a Psychiatrist in Indiana who has been practicing since 2012. Dr. Madni completed her medical degree through Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College in Aligarh, India. She went on to complete her residency at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Madni's interest to become a psychiatrist came from her interest in patients' stories and the need to help them, educate them and encourage them to take an active role in their care.

At my private practice, I greatly enjoy helping people dealing with mental health issues including depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and some substance use disorders. We will focus as a team on what YOU want to get out of treatment. As a physician, I view my primary role as an educator. We will spend a lot of time sharing information that will guide us in developing your individualized treatment plan. My goals for you are the goals you set for yourself. I provide both medication management and individual psychotherapy, with emphasis on healthy lifestyle activities. I serve young adults to seniors.

Amy is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She's worked as a psychiatric nurse for many years, in both inpatient and outpatient settings, and is passionate about helping patients achieve their goals of mental and emotional wellness. She keeps abreast of the latest scientific advances in psychiatry to help her patients feel empowered and fulfilled.

Rebecca Nance is an advanced practice nurse practitioner with more than 10 years of experience in nursing. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and a member of Sigma Theta Tau nursing honor society. She earned her undergraduate degree from Wabash Valley College, and her graduate degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University. She most recently earned her doctoral degree in nursing. Her previous experience includes inpatient hospitalist, palliative, hospice and primary care with a focus on mental health.

David Gray, MD, is a Psychiatrist in Indiana who has been practicing since 1994. He obtained his medical degree at the University of Kentucky. He completed his residency in psychiatry and internal medicine at West Virginia University.

Eric Lyakhovetsky is a board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner and has been involved in the psychiatric care of children and adults since 2010. He has studied at a variety of colleges including Indiana University, Bloomington before finishing his masters at Indiana University, Purdue University, Indianapolis. Eric takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to treatment, with an emphasis on helping patients to understand their conditions and treatment options. He has extensive experience working with children, teens and adults ranging up to age 35 with a variety of conditions including ADHD, anxiety, depression and trauma.

Meagan Althoff treats patients aged 12 + years old. Meagan Althoff is a board certified family nurse practitioner. She earned her associates degree from Wabash Valley College and received her undergraduate and masters degree in nursing from the University of Southern Indiana. She graduated Magna Cum Laude and is a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, which is the second largest nursing organization in the world. She was also a qualifier for the Presidents Medal at the University of Southern Indiana.

Dr. Vatel received his Doctor of Medicine Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago School of Medicine in 1995. He went on to complete his psychiatry residency at the Harvard Longwood Psychiatry Residency Training Program in Boston, MA in 1999. He subsequently completed a fellowship in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston, MA in 2000. He has been board certified in Psychiatry by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology since 2000 and has fulfilled maintenance of certification requirements in 2010 and 2020.

Magdalene Bambo is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Indiana who has been practicing since 2020. She has a Master of Science in Nursing, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Program from Indiana University-Purdue University, an Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University-Purdue University, and a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences, Cum Laude, from Indiana State University. Magdalene provides quality evidence-based approaches that is unique and personalized to the need of each client. She partners with her clients to provide safe, empathetic treatment in a non-judgmental manner.

Kim Smith is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who has over 25 years of professional experience. She works with clients of all ages to treat depression, anxiety, stress, fatigue, personality disorders, ADHD, and much more.

Jenny has almost three decades of experience caring for children, adolescents, and young adults. She graduated from Indiana University in 1993 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and again in 2001 with her Master of Science in Nursing. In 2018, she became a Certified Pediatric Mental Health Specialist. Jenny is double certified in pediatrics and pediatric mental health. She has provided care for infants, children and adolescents as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for 20 years. Jenny has extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavior concerns, and sleep problems.

I am here to help you to help yourself function as best as you can and to grow into who you want to be. I have provided medication management for individuals age 4-84. I am board certified in child and adolescent psychiatry and specialize in conflict resolution between children and parents.

Leticia L. Vance is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Indiana who has been practicing since 2012. She has a Master of Science in Nursing Indiana from Wesleyan University: Primary Care Nursing, a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Post-Master's Certificate from Eastern Kentucky University. Leticia has experience with patients who have to balance mental health issues with their chronic disease management.
