Dr. Zeba Madni is a Psychiatrist in Indiana who has been practicing since 2012. Dr. Madni completed her medical degree through Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College in Aligarh, India. She went on to complete her residency at Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Madni's interest to become a psychiatrist came from her interest in patients' stories and the need to help them, educate them and encourage them to take an active role in their care.

She has been psychiatric nurse for almost a decade and received her master’s degree in 2017 with a specialty in psychiatry/mental health from Virginia Commonwealth University. She has practiced in outpatient, inpatient, addiction and community health settings. Her goal is to provide holistic, integrated care for a wide range of mental health conditions, including depression, bipolar, anxiety, posttraumatic stress disorder, addiction and ADHD.

She graduated from Indiana University in 1993 with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and again in 2001 with her Master of Science in Nursing. In 2018, she became a Certified Pediatric Mental Health Specialist. Jenny is double certified in pediatrics and pediatric mental health. She has provided care for infants, children and adolescents as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner for 20 years. Jenny has extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavior concerns, and sleep problems.

Dr. Babin practices at the LifeStance Fishers, IN, office and has been in medical practice since 1999. She has a wide range of experience involving private practice, academia, community mental health, and the Veterans Administration, including both outpatient and inpatient settings. She graduated from Purdue University School of Engineering before completing medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, where she also completed her intern year. Dr. Babin then finished her residency in psychiatry at Maine Medical Center, Portland, Maine, and also served as Chief Resident there.

Previous experience includes serving as manager of health and wellness centers practicing in primary care, urgent care and worksite wellness, and as inpatient family nurse practitioner for St. Vincent Hospital adult mental health unit.

Rhonda Palmer is a board certified child and adolescent mental health provider who began her career as a Licensed Practical Nurse serving both the geriatric population and children with terminal illnesses. She received her Bachelors and then Masters degree in Nursing from Indiana University in 2010. She was awarded her Doctor of Nursing Practice Degree (DNP) from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2017.

Jimmy Chenowith is a Nurse Practitioner in Indiana who has been practicing since 2022. He received his Associate's degree in Nursing from Midlands Technical College in South Carolina in 2007. Jimmy went on to receive his Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Western Governors University in 2014, and later completed his Master's degree in nursing in 2021.
