My focus areas for mental health treatment include psychotherapeutic treatment and medication management for the following: anxiety, depression, PTSD, attention deficit disorder, and substance use disorder. I use evidence-based strategies to support issues such as trauma focused care. Motivational interviewing, strength-based care, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioral strategies. My goal is to provide improvement in your overall health.

I specialize in psychiatric assessments and medication management and utilize a personal and individual approach with all my clients. I treat adults ages 18-65 dealing with a broad range of conditions including: depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and other mood disorders.

She is holistically approaching every Patient concern. She is Addiction medicine specialist for any form of addiction. Her passion is treating Relationship trauma, Narcissistic Abuse Syndrome and Complex PTSD. Also has experience in treatment Post-partum Depression, Depression due to hormonal changes, PMDD, and menopause.

I am able to provide medication management for any condition included in the DSM-V. Mood disorders, psychotic disorders, neurodivergent disorders, Depression, Anxiety, sleep disorders, etc. When managing Neurodivergent disorders, documentation to support childhood evaluations and diagnosis is required upon initial meeting. If patient was never evaluated as a child, we will require neuropsychological testing to support diagnosis prior to initiating pharmacologic treatment. Controlled substance agreements are utilized for any scheduled drugs that are prescribed. Strict DEA guidelines in practice for such medications.
