My passion is comprehensive healthcare and a commitment to promoting well-being. I am a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) awaiting my board certification in mental health as a PMHNP. I specialize in providing personalized and compassionate care. I have experience in addressing conditions, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar, substance use, and PTSD. I am dedicated to providing holistic care that considers the individual within the context of their family, community, and broader societal influences. I am also committed to addressing systemic issues, particularly the impact of racism on mental health outcomes.

I provide insightful evaluation and understanding of your concerns and we work closely together to quickly implement whatever therapeutic modality is needed to help you perform and live to your potential. I am passionate about what I do and I love working with all kinds of people to help them with their problems whether its anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, family, school, marital, work, or relationship problems. My goal is to help my clients feel safe, heard, understood, and to help them reach their goals. I believe in individualized care and treatment as everyone is different and has different needs and aspirations for themselves. I love working with kids, parents, adults, and couples to help them solve whatever communication issues they are having in order to facilitate care. I want to help people live their best life every day.

Care provided by me, a Physician, a Double Board Certified MD Psychiatrist may be a more effective approach for you. I am structured and organized with treatment. I also provide neuropsychological and psychological TESTING. I am available for urgent needs. Work together to decrease struggling.
