Accepting New Clients. Appointments are typically available within 7 days. We offer Medication Management, Counseling/Psychotherapy, and Neuropsychological Testing online via our Telepsychiatry Services throughout Florida. Our team of experienced mental health professionals includes Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Certified Physician Assistants, and Licensed Therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above. We accept most insurance plans including Medicare.

I am Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist ​ Dr. Marina Nesterenko finished Medical school in Kiev, Ukraine, in 1997 and worked as a child psychiatrist in Ukraine. After relocation to USA, she completed a Psychiatry Residency program in SUNY Upstate, followed by Child Fellowship in Syracuse, NY. I see clients of all ages from 5 years old to 95 years old in person and by tele. I specialized in ADHD, autism, anger management, mood swings, mood disorder and all types of anxiety.

I have more than thirty-five years experience in providing psychotherapy for adults, couples and families who are experiencing difficulties including, but not limited to: anxiety, (including agoraphobia), depression, relationship conflict, or problems related to coping with general life difficulties. My master's degree in both Parent/Child and Psychiatric Nursing, and studies in cognitive-behavioral therapy,and psychoanalytic psychotherapy, enable me to provide an eclectic approach that best fits the person with whom I'm working. Please note: my practice is limited to virtual therapy with people who reside in NJ.

She is passionate about providing integrative psychiatric care by addressing environmental toxins, thyroid health, micronutrients, and inflammation. She is offering sensitive testing and medical grade supplements to correct imbalances. Lilyana screens for ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar, and other mental health disorders, and treats with mindfulness of patient' preferences.

I believe that optimal psychiatric care begins by hearing a patient’s history and understanding their goals. There are no magic plills or magic cure for mental health care. I do really believe treating mental illness and optimizing patient well-being depends on formulating patients individually and tailoring treatment to meet their unique goals and needs and to set the expectations from the beggining. Psychological distress, whether it be experienced as depression, anxiety, social withdrawal, insomnia, irritability, or emotional numbness, is often due to multiple environmental, social, and psychological factors.
