My name is Fidelia Nnachetam, l am a Board Certified Nurser Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am qualified to practice both primary care and psychiatric. I diagnose, treat, and prescribe medications for children, adolescents, and adults. Some of my practice specialists: Depression, Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Anxiety, ADHD, Panic Attacks and Substance Abuse. Mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of, It is treatable by prescribing up-to-date psychiatric medications. Our treatment is via telehealth so the client can share their experiences in the comfort of their own home. We are available 7 days a week.

Collaborating with other clinicians , I also provide Individual, Couples and Family psychotherapy. My approach is Patient Centered and Comprehensive. Using motivational interview, together we will work to address your goals so that you can have a more fulfilling relationships and life experiences.

Dr. Benedicta Osuji DNP, APRN, PHN, PMHNP-BC is a passionate and caring provider to her patients, She has been a PMHNP for about Five years with vast experience in psychiatric mental health. I employ evidence-based practices and a holistic approach to provide personalized care for optimal mental health outcomes that enable her patients to return to their baseline functioning. She believes that it is important to consider biological, psychological, and social factors when addressing behavioral health concerns. She is warm and approachable. She has a special interest in patient education, psychiatry, and medication management.

He also maintains an outpatient private practice in Rancho Bernardo. It is Dr. Wilke's goal to provide accessible and affordable healthcare of the highest quality to his home community.

I am Uchechi Nwosu-Iroha. I am dual board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner. I support my clients with medication management, therapy, and coaching. I will utilize a person-centered approach by providing unconditional positive regard and implementing active listening and supportive reflection to establish trust and build therapeutic rapport. I often use CBT, DBT interventions, relaxation and mindfulness and internal family systems in my practice, but I may employ various treatment types to support you.

I work in CA, AZ, and TX. Dr. Okafor knew from an early age that her purpose in life was to serve, help, and heal others. She received her BSN degree in 2012, Masters of Science degree and license as a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2017, then went on to receive her second Masters of Science degree and license as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree in 2019. She completed her Doctorate in Nursing Practice in 2020. Dr. O, as many of her clients call her, has worked in almost every area of healthcare. Dr. O has a passion for caring for her clients to reach remission and maintain their quality of life.

In my experience as a physician and psychiatrist all diseases, whether mental or physical, are a product of ancestral or generational trauma, which we have to resolve in this life. The symptoms and signs of disease tend to be entangled with our Unconscious Mind. We often times end up doing things, we are not aware of as a unresolved coping mechanism of trauma, like our family has done for ages. I am looking for clients who wish to address the deeper psychological conflicts that underlie their disease and who are ready to transform and let go of the past.
