Telepsychiatry for 37206

I work with depression, anxiety, attention issues, and addictions. I can also help people navigate questions about substance use. I work to try to quickly help people to help bring about restoration of wellness, but not at the expense of lasting and durable freedom from a disintegrated state. My approach is to empower people to not only return to a state of wellness but understand what maintenance of the wellness state entails. I realize recovery looks different depending upon the person.
