I have many years of experience treating adults, couples and families. Some modalities that I employ are psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive therapy and heart-centered hypnotherapy. I am also a yoga teacher and long-time meditator and can teach those methods. My practice is located in downtown Manhattan as well as in New Paltz, New York.I have experience with most diagnoses having worked in an inner-city out-patient clinic. My ideal clients are motivated to collaborate with me in order to improve the quality of their lives. I treat a cross section of issues.
