I mainly work with adult women who struggle symptoms of ADHD, depression and anxiety. The first appointment will be a psychiatric evaluation that will screen for possible mental disorders. From there, an appointment will be made for further assessment or a treatment plan that typically involves medication and therapy will be established. Appointments typically occur on a monthly basis.

Motivational Interviewing

I offer brief talk therapy and motivational interviewing in conjunction with medication. During out visits we will talk about how the medications are working and also talk about other external factors that may be affecting how you are feeling. Although medications are a great tool, I help my patients develop interpersonal coping skills as well to also help provide a relief for their symptoms.
