I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who is passionate about walking alongside patients as they navigate life’s challenges. Over the years, I have had the privilege of supporting individuals with a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, trauma, and postpartum mental health and more. I understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, and I strive to meet each person with empathy, respect, and compassion. My philosophy is that true healing happens when we care for the whole person, not just the symptoms.
