Hi, My name is Ola Anyanwu PMHNP-BC licensed in Texas, Wyoming, Colorado and Virginia. I am a people person and love interacting with my clients to provide wholesome care on their mental health journey. My approach to mental healthcare as a provider is client focused, therapeutic and holistic while treating multifaceted patients to promote overall wellness. I provide telehealth care and apply an integral part of overall health and wellness to influence how individuals cope with stress, relate to others, and make life-based decisions.
My client focus is treating all mental health conditions across life span with special focus but not limited to ADHD, Grief, Anxiety, Depression, Post-traumatic stress disorder, Substance abuse, suicidal ideation, Sleep disturbances, eating disorders, OCD, LGBTQ, Body dysmorphias and serious mental illnesses like schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.
My approach to goal setting with clients is a collaborative and client-centered process that empowers the client to participate actively in their treatment. I use an effective goal setting management tool to help clients gain clarity, focus, and motivation, and ultimately support their mental health decisions and personal growth.
