Alicia Thompson is a Psychiatrist in Oklahoma who has been practicing since 2000. She completed her undergraduate training, receiving a BS in Psychology with some graduate course work. She worked with the Intellectually disabled and in chemical dependency during that time and while applying to medical school. Alicia attended the University of Missouri in Columbia for Medical School, General Psychiatric Residency, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatry Fellowship. During her General Psychiatric training she rotated through pediatric specialties in the place of adult ones, because she knew my primary focus would be working with children.

I want to help you move past your trauma, find your purpose and achieve your goals. I want to support full self acceptance and help you learn healthy ways to process emotions. I use EMDR, mindfulness, meditation and direct communication. I like to challenge your perspective with validation and help you gain new insights.

Ashley Totten-Gilbert is the founder of Ashco Psych and Wellness. She has more than 21 years experience in the medical field. Ashley Totten-Gilbert is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and board-certified adult geriatric primary care nurse practitioner by ANCC.

Rachael Touma is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse who specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of South Alabama and is board certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Her nursing career began at the University of Oklahoma where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She holds an additional Bachelor of Science in Education from Northeastern State University. Professionally, Rachael has a diverse resume.

I specialize in the treatment of ADHD in children and adolescents and adults.I love to help patients reach their goals and become the best versions of themselves.
