About
Would you like 2022 to be an exceptional year? I am a wellness and health coach in addition to being a family and psychiatric nurse practitioner. I have a very strong belief in the connection between mental and physical health and wellness. I work with individuals to facilitate healthy self compassion and self-respect. I have extensive experience treating behavioral health and alcohol use disorders. I have 25 years of experience as a family and psychiatric nurse practitioner. As a certified life coach, I help my patients set personal and professional goals to help guide my patients to a better future.
