Dr. Solaro is a board certified child and adolescentpsychiatrist with more than 20 years of experience working with children andadolescents in outpatient, inpatient and residential treatment settings. After graduating summa cum laude from Northwestern University with a bachelor'sdegree in education and child development, Dr. Solaro earned her medical degreefrom the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She completed hergeneral psychiatry residency and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at Rush University in Chicago, where she served as chief resident.

Nicole Robbins is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner whose primary focus is resilience in children and adolescents. She specializes in medication management of ADHD, depression, anxiety and trauma in children ages 5-17 years old. Nicole enjoys exploring treatment options with her client's and their parents so they can make informed decisions about what is right for them.

Steve is Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (CNP) with a focus on providing treatment for a broad-spectrum of mental health disorders. He earned his Master of Science in Nursing Degree from The University of Akron and is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. He has experience in inpatient, outpatient, as well as community mental health settings as a Nurse Practitioner and over 25 years of experience as a Registered Nurse working in psychiatric / behavioral health hospitals. Steve has also earned his credential for Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) from The University of Maryland.

I work with clients experiencing a variety of mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression, impulsive behaviors, anger, insomnia, PTSD, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, ADHD, dementia, Obsessive-Compulsive (OCD) disorder, and mental health symptoms during recovery from addiction. I am a dual licensed and board certified Nurse Practitioner in both Psychiatric Mental Health (PMHNP) and Family Medicine (FNP). Prior to my work in psychiatry, I spent over 10 years working in a mix of emergency medicine, trauma care, urgent care and covering for primary care providers.

Dr. Hong is certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in child and adolescent psychiatry. She earned her bachelor's degree from Northwestern University, her master's degree from Northern Illinois University and her medical degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. She served her general psychiatry residency and fellowship training at Thomas Jefferson University, where she was chief fellow. Dr. Hong is a member of the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, the Psychoanalytic Center of Philadelphia, the American Medical Association and the American Psychiatric Association.

Clients come with come with mental health and/or sleep issues. The goal is an improved quality of life or rather a sense of wellbeing. If it is a major episode of depression or an episode of psychosis, the goal is remission and relapse prevention. It is a place where you can safely, reliably and productively simplify your complex pharmaceutical regimen. The approach to treatment is multidisciplinary and prescribing or deprescribing might be recommended (but not enforced).
