Given my background as an active-duty service member & psychiatry provider, I additionally specialize in military & veteran mental health. I treat adults of all backgrounds, 18 years & older located throughout the state.

Dr. Shah is welcoming new patients for video appointments. As a Board-certified M.D. psychiatrist, he specializes in assessing and treating anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD and other psychiatric issues. A holistic provider, he combines non-pharmacologic approaches - including psychodynamic psychotherapy and cognitive behavioral therapy - in addition to medication. He utilizes such therapeutic modalities in medication management appointments as well as dedicated therapy sessions. Consequently, patients benefit from well-integrated treatment that is both systematic and thorough.

I am a provider with several years of experience in treating mental health. I have a special interest in relationship and social difficulties and how masking and rejection sensitivity impacts mental health. Dr. Francisca Nebe is an Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (DNP), and dual certified as a Psychiatric Mental Health and family Nurse Practitioner. She has years of experience in her field and specializes in treating major depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders and other mental health conditions. I received my Doctor of Nursing Practice and Post Masters Certification in Psychiatric Mental Healthcare from Brandman University, Irvine California, Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Walden University Minneapolis Minnesota, and Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information systems from the University of North Texas, Denton, Texas.

Dr. Celina Egemasi is a Dual Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner who is qualified to practice in both primary care and psychiatry; diagnose, treat and prescribe medication for children, adolescents, adults and elderly. Some of her practice specialties include (but not limited to) Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar, and Schizophrenia. She graduated from Walden University with her Family Nurse Practitioner degree and Brandman University with her Doctorate of Nursing Practice and Post Masters in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner degree. Dr. Egemasi is part of Sigma Theta Tau nursing honor society and Golden Key International

Madeline Jacobs is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Oregon Health & Science University and has been working in the psychiatric field since 2015. She has worked at the Los Angeles LGBT Center, the largest LGBT Center in the country, and would love the opportunity to broaden the reach of LGBTQ+ affirming mental health care through telepsychiatry. She is trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing), an evidence-based trauma therapy. She takes a trauma-informed perspective on mental health care.

Over the years, I had professional affiliations with reputable mental health facilities including Bakersfield behavior, John George psych and more. I treat children and adults affected by various mental illness with care and compassion. I utilize Evidence Based Practice model to make treatment choices. I am specialized in treating ADHD, depression, anxiety and mood instability. Stimulant and non stimulant treatment are available. I do conduct ADHD screening and testing before treatment.

Kristine Burns is a doctorally prepared, licensed, and board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner (DNP, ARNP, PMHNP-BC). She received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in Psychiatric Mental Healthcare from University of Missouri, Master of Science in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing from University of Illinois, and Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Illinois Wesleyan University. Dr. Winkler has worked in mental health, which has always been her focus and passion, since 1998.

My patients are often battling the shortage of mental health care and unable to get help when they need it the most. My clients have been coping with anxiety of the future or depression of the past and need someone who will believe their experience. My patients have been living with mental illness, in varying degrees, which has inhibited their potential socially and personally.
