I am a PhD prepared (nursing) Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner treating adolescents, and adults with a wide range of behavioral and emotional diagnoses/difficulties. My goal is to provide excellent and insightful psychopharmacology and therapy with skill and empathy. I have 14 years experience working inpatient, outpatient and in emergency settings. I have developed a holistic approach to mental health by addressing the individual’s mental, physical, and emotional needs. I build on client strengths and goals by using tools including evidence-based psychotherapy, medication, and mindfulness.
