Aundrea Sponsel, a dedicated healthcare professional with two decades of experience, has transformed her career from a Licensed Practical Nurse to a Nurse Practitioner in psychiatry. Passionate about mental health, she believes in a collaborative journey with her patients, valuing their input in crafting personalized mental health plans. Rozalyn Oliver is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of bedside nursing experience. She began her nursing career in her teens, working as a nursing assistant. In 2006, she graduated from Walters State Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in Nursing, enabling her to work and grow as a registered nurse for many years. In 2021, she graduated from Frontier Nursing University with a Master of Science in Nursing. Her experience, which includes 11 years of travel nursing, has enabled her to work with a variety of populations with varying backgrounds and cultures.

Melissa Aull, PMHNP Melissa Aull is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Florida who has been practicing since 2009. She has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from St. Petersburg College, a Master of Science in Nursing from Florida State University and a Post-Master's Certificate, Psychiatric Mental Health, from the University of Cincinnati. Melissa believes in a treatment philosophy where clients can expect an open, honest atmosphere that promotes learning, understanding the client's history, and building a rapport for establishing a therapeutic relationship and developing strategies for improved mental health.

Kate Scanlan is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience working with all ages in both the inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings. Kate typically treats depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, personality disorders, anger management, insomnia, eating disorders, PTSD, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders. She takes pride in working with patients to create a plan of care together to ensure the patient is fully involved in their own care.

Lisa works with individuals who are looking to gain insight into themselves and improve their quality of life. She seeks to understand each individual holistically, including their backgrounds and the strengths they already possess to provide an individualized approach. Lisa believes that establishing a strong alliance with her clients is essential to getting the most out of therapy and creating lasting change. Through this alliance, she partners with her clients to explore and address thought and behavior patterns that serve as barriers to enjoying life fully.

I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) dedicated to making a difference in my patients lives. What does a PMHNP do? We evaluate various mental health conditions and help to determine if medication is the right route to go to for treatment. We then monitor and adjust those medications in a safe manner. My passion is helping patients achieve balance in their daily life by learning what works for them to decrease their mental health symptoms. I want to help you achieve stability and help you grow. I provide a safe space and provide care in an all-inclusive, and non-judgmental manner.
