Dr. Hoes completed his medical degree at Howard University and psychiatry residency at UCLA. He founded Latitude Mental Health in 2018, creating LA's premier Sports Psychiatry practice, focusing on enhancing mental fitness and performance through psychiatry, therapy, and coaching. By 2020, he established SportsPsychMDs, a nonprofit aimed at improving public health by introducing mental health education into schools. Additionally, he offers Holistic Psychotherapy and Coaching sessions that range from 45 to 60 minutes, as well as Integrated Health sessions lasting 60 to 75 minutes.
