Welcome to my practice. I specialize in the treatment of emotional, behavioral, and substance use difficulties in children, adolescents, and adults. My practice aims to provide exceptional patient care and personalized treatment in a setting that is structured to maintain confidentiality. Trained at the Yale University Department of Psychiatry, my approach emphasizes compassion, collaboration, and evidence based medicine. I focus on treating the whole person and staying up to date on the latest treatment advances in psychiatry in order to provide the most effective care for your unique needs.
Our first few meetings will involve an in depth evaluation to help determine the root cause of your difficulties. After developing an understanding of your treatment goals, I will craft a highly individualized treatment plan which may include individual or family therapy, lifestyle changes, complementary approaches, or medication treatment.
I am board certified in three medical specialties: child & adolescent psychiatry, adult psychiatry, and addiction medicine. I specialize in providing consultation, evaluation and treatment for teens and adults seeking care for drug or alcohol related problems, particularly when those problems occur alongside mood, personality, or relationship difficulties.
