Hi, I’m Jennifer Fields, CEO and founder of Oasis Mental Health & Wellness. Our mission is to empower women to build resilience, reclaim mental wellness, and reconnect with their authentic selves. As a certified FNP and PMHNP with perinatal mental health training, I’m dedicated to supporting women at every stage of life and healing. My journey began over a decade ago as a labor and delivery nurse, where I witnessed the strength of women and the emotional challenges they face, often unseen and unsupported.
As an FNP in high-risk obstetrics, I saw the gap in mental health care for women, particularly during pregnancy and postpartum. Many silently struggled with anxiety, depression, and trauma without support. This drove me to earn my PMHNP certification, allowing me to offer the compassionate, whole-person care women deserve.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, bipolar disorder, hormonal changes, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. My approach combines evidence-based treatments with a holistic view of the mind-body connection. I create personalized care plans to address root causes, not just symptoms.
