Hello, my name is Terron and I am a Board Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 5 years of nursing experience. I graduated with my Masters of Science in Nursing from Hunter-Bellevue School of Nursing. I specialize in Medication Management, Depression and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). I work at Lavender where we believe that psychiatric care shouldn't be expensive, intimidating or impossible to access.

Valerie is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 9 years of nursing experience working with individuals across the lifespan. She believes in offering care customized to each client experience. Her treatment modalities include a combination of psychotherapy and psychopharmacology to create treatment plans that are patient specific. Valerie has been and will continue to be committed to excellence throughout her personal and professional life. Being able to create a space to allow people to feel comfortable enough to get the help they need is one of her prouder accomplishments.

Amanda Sibbitts is a board-certified mental health nurse practitioner. Amanda recognizes that prioritizing mental health is challenging for many people. To help remedy this, she provides flexible scheduling and empathy for each patient’s circumstances. She helps her patients achieve their ideal wellness through holistic treatment approaches that motivate them to improve their lives. Patients can feel comfortable being open and honest with Amanda without fear of judgment. While Amanda often prescribes medications, she limits their use as much as possible to help her patients find relief while reducing their risk of side effects.

Dr. Brownson Irondi is a Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, who graduated from the post master's psychiatry, and mental health program of University of New Hampshire. Prior to that, obtained his FNP-BC, and DNP degrees from Wagner College in New York. Dr. Irondi has training and experience in treatment and therapy for patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan including, PTSD/trauma, anxiety, depression, schizophrenia spectrum and other psychotic disorders. Dr. Irondi possesses strong clinical skills enhanced by natural ability to build rapport with patients and families.
