I am an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in precision psychiatry. I received my graduate degree from Yale University School of Nursing in 2006. In addition to being a Nurse Practitioner, I have been a psychiatric RN for 37 years. Prior to entering Yale, I worked for 7 years on a major Harvard Medical School psychiatric teaching unit. I am a conservative prescriber and believe in using the smallest possible dosages of medication to treat a client's symptoms. I do very thorough initial evaluations with my clients and work with them closely until they are stable on their medications.

My ideal client is someone who needs to be cared for and heard. They are in need of a provider that will meet them where they are, who is kind, understanding, compassionate, and honest. She received her undergraduate nursing degree from Arkansas Tech University and her Master’s of Science in Nursing from University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, and Post-Masters specializing in psychiatry. With 6 years with a psychiatric nurse experience and 2 years with an FNP experience, she has treated patients with acute and chronic depression, anxiety and panic, ADHD, bipolar disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and psychosis, among others.

Dr. Schwartz is a board eligible Staff Psychiatrist as Talkiatry. He completed his residency at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center in Paramus, New Jersey. Where he excelled in his leadership and knowledge, becoming the Chief Resident in just his third year of residency at the busiest outpatient behavioral health clinic in New Jersey. Upon completion of his third year of residency he went on to become Chief Academic Resident of his program, which allowed him to bestow his knowledge of psychiatry on younger psychiatrists in training.

Doctor Sindhu completed her residency at Bergen Regional Medical Centre in New Jersey and thereafter undertook to complete two Fellowships, one in Schizophrenia Research at Albert Einstein College Of Medicine and another in Geriatric Psychiatry at Montefiore Medical Center, New York. Doctor Sindhu is an Inpatient Attending Psychiatrist at South Beach Psychiatric Centre in Staten Island, New York, and also, at Northwell Staten Island University Medical Center. Dr. Sindhu also worked as an outpatient Psychiatrist.

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Public Administration at Indiana University and my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Western Governors University. I received my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Alabama.

Dr. Zelimir Vukasin is an adult psychiatrist. He completed his psychiatric residency training at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York. He also completed an internal medicine residency at New York Hospital, Medical Center of Queens. Dr. Vukasin received his medical degree from the University of Zagreb medical school in Croatia. He has practiced in various setting over his career including inpatient psychiatry, long term care, private practice, and non-profit outpatient psychiatric programs. He has more than 31 years of experience providing patients with compassionate psychiatric care through medication management.

Dr. Wittenberg is a board-certified adult psychiatrist who recently completed his residency at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. He offers highly individualized and empathic treatment, with a primary focus on medication management and supportive or cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy.
