I am a board certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist. My virtual private practice is a friendly, comfortable and safe space where one can come get help for a wide range of psychological struggles and emotional issues. I have a genuine desire to understand each individual and listen with an empathic, nonjudgmental and warm approach. I provide personalized, evidence-based treatments, incorporating psychotherapy and the judicious use of medications to alleviate symptoms to restore you back to emotional wellness.

I can help, with my 8 years of experience as an attending psychiatrist in the child inpatient unit at NYU-Bellevue Hospital and 12 years of experience as an outpatient psychiatrist in mid/downtown Manhattan, and with my knowledge and skills as a Clinical Assistant Professor in Child/Adolescent/Adult Psychiatry at NYU School of Medicine.

Dr. Mary Pressman is a Psychiatrist in New York who has been practicing since 1983. She is a medical doctor who has a Master's degree in public health. Dr. Pressman has many years of experience as a psychiatrist in treating children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings. Herself a widow and single mother, living with cancer, she is familiar with the need to follow where life leads and has found that our beliefs about our bodies and our circumstances are important to our ability to deal with difficult problems, not always within our control.

I work with people of all ages and from all walks of life. Most come because they have the sense that something in their life isn't working. They want to feel better and I want to help them. During our first visits we will get to know each other and talk about why you came in. We will start to determine your personal goals and the different treatment options available to you. I see patients in my private office, in a nonthreatening environment, with complete confidentiality. I want people to feel comfortable and safe in my office, even if it it their first experience with a psychiatrist.

With more than 20 years of experience working as a psychiatrist and 15 years as a child and adolescent psychiatrist, I focus on each patient's strengths and believe strongly that empowering each individual in treatment decision making is most critical part of any good treatment. Medication management for psychiatric disorders is complex. I am strong proponent of following evidence based recommendations personalized to each individual.

Cornell and Columbia trained, Dr. Lopez does not believe in one-size-fits-all treatments. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the national Child and Adolescent Psychiatry society (AACAP) and believes in down-to-earth approaches that really make sense. Dr. Lopez is also an adult psychotherapist with years of training in the most in-depth psychotherapies. He provides interventions that have clear results. A Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association (APA), he has taught at Cornell and Columbia specialized programs for more than 15 years. He now brings to Philadelphia the latest knowledge to help kids, parents, and adult patients.

I am Board certified in Adult and Child psychiatry by American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. I have 12+ years of experience working with wide range of mental health issues. I believes that a thorough assessment of all aspects of mental health followed by collaborative treatment planning is key to successful treatment. I partner with patients for their treatment goals and strives to provide holistic mental health care using up to date advancements in medications and therapy.

Arashinder Dhaliwal has 10+ years of experience working with wide range of mental health issues. He believes that a thorough assessment of all aspects of mental health followed by collaborative treatment planning is key to successful treatment. He partners with his patients for their treatment goals and strives to provide holistic mental health care using up to date advancements in medications and therapy. He has special interest in anxiety, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder, first break psychosis, trauma associated mental health disorders and ADHD.

My primary goal is to help you or your child heal and be the best version of yourself. Our initial meeting will include psychiatric evaluation and assessment of need for medication. I am well-versed in psychotherapy and natural healing and use various modalities to help individuals regain both emotional and physical health. Our work will help you connect more deeply in your most important relationships and live with purpose.

As a triple board-certified pediatrician, psychiatrist, and child and adolescent psychiatrist, I am driven by a deep passion for providing comprehensive and compassionate care to children, adolescents, and their families. I am a double board certified adult and child/adolescent psychiatrist in New York. I am passionate about helping children, adolescents, and adults to feel better understood as individuals, reach their personal goals, and forge more meaningful relationships. To accomplish this, I approach my patients with warmth and empathic curiosity and utilize integrated and holistic methods of treatment. I’m trained in various modalities of evidenced based psychotherapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychodynamic psychotherapy. When the need arises, I also prescribe medication to enhance treatment.

Trained in clinical and administrative skills, Dr. Parikh worked as a faculty at NYPH in Westchester since 2002. She had been the Chief of Eating disorder, treating inpatient and outpatient child, adolescent and adults. Her expertise has resulted in book chapters and few publications. She is now in full time, outpatient practice offering concierge medicine, 24/7 access to clinicians while offering integrative and holistic individualized psychiatric treatment. With goals of bridging gap between inpatient and weekly outpatient, We now offer a comprehensive approach to psychiatric treatment.

Dr. Penn is a board-certified psychiatrist who treats adults, children, and adolescents. She is dedicated to providing quality, evidence-based, individualized treatment. Dr. Penn is currently an attending psychiatrist and clinical professor at New York University (NYU) and is in private practice. She is licensed in New York and California. She completed her Child & Adolescent Fellowship at University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and her residency at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY. ​
