I was initially trained in family medicine but soon discovered the lack of access to quality, reliable, continuous psychiatric care. I have extensive experience in managing anxiety, depression in adolescents, adults, geriatric population as well as women's health which almost always encompasses mental/emotional well-being
We often adapt to our stressors, feel that we must just suck it up, keep going but that way of existing is not sustainable and it certainly does not allow us to become the amazing human being we have the capacity to be.
