Welcome, we specialize in helping women adjust to all stages of their adult life: from college to pregnancy (or infertility) through postpartum, motherhood, and menopause. We also love working with women who do not desire children. Many of our clients identify as members of the LGBTQ community. Our care is personalized and non-judgmental. We work with you to create a unique treatment plan that changes with your needs and priorities. Our rates are all inclusive. We never charge extra for phone calls or refills.

As a boutique women's mental health practice, we are 100% focused on the unique needs of women. Our Therapist and Nurse Practitioners have a collective 50 years of experience providing medication management and therapy. All of our providers engage in ongoing education about women's mental health. Our team also works together for better care coordination.
