My name is Nsemboowo Enyong, but my clients and colleagues call me Ensy. I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over 20 years of experience in nursing.
My nursing journey began in surgical and pediatric care before I discovered my true passion in critical care, where I served for more than 15 years. During the COVID-19 pandemic, my experience as a critical care nurse deepened my awareness of the profound impact of mental health on patients, families, and healthcare professionals. This experience inspired me to specialize in psychiatric mental health.
I work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, psychosis, personality disorders, mood disorders, and substance use disorders. I also support clients navigating life transitions, stress, and challenges related to emotional regulation and self-esteem. Using a holistic, evidence-based approach, medication and therapy.
