He completed residency training through Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, New York, NY. Dr. Wen came to U.S. on an O-1 visa ("Genius" visa) to pursue medical research.
He completed his Postdoctoral Research training at Harvard University, Boston, MA. His strong scientific background sets him apart from most other physicians by giving him in-depth understanding of psychopathology and life science at cellular and molecular level.
