My passion is working with other clinicians and healers. I offer 1:1 sessions and group programs to help the clinicians themselves to do their own inner work, trauma work, inner child work, and emotional release work. I use mind-body medicine modalities such as hypnotherapy, breathwork, and somatic release work to get into the subconscious mind and body in order to release deep rooted pain, patterns, shock, and trauma from the source in which is was created/ stored. Transpersonal and Trauma Healing Hypnotherapy (TTHH) reaches the subconscious level of the mind, where everything is stored: beliefs/behaviors, memories, emotions, unprocessed traumatic events, etc. TTHH is done in a relaxed "meditative" state. From this level, clients can get down to the core issues more quickly, by bypassing the thinking, analytical mind.
I currently offer virtual visits. Credentials: Board Certified Psychiatric / Mental Health NP (PMHNP) and Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Currently obtaining PhD in Mind-Body Medicine. Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist. Yoga Teacher / RYT-200.
