Our clinic is in the process of developing greater expertise in the identification of complex trauma with its origins during childhood and the presence of dissociative disorders. There are few psychiatrists with expertise in these areas. We have used ketamine for over 3 years. We often see those patients who have been seen and treated many times before. I have over 50 years of experience in using all psychopharmacological meds. Recently, I have added Spravato the only FDA approved and insurance supported form of ketamine. Also, I have added the newly released Cobenfy, a muscaric antipsychotic that is non dopamine, and the newest Long Acting Injectable (LAI) form of rispedal, Uzedy.
