Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed by depression, anxiety, ADHD, or other mental health challenges? You’re not alone. Many struggle with these. It can be hard to know what’s going on—or what to do next. That’s where I can help. I’m Dr. Nona Kocher, a board-certified psychiatrist licensed in Florida and New York. I work with teens and adults (13+) and specialize in depression, anxiety, and ADHD - though I often also treat OCD, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, insomnia, and schizophrenia—including during pregnancy. I take a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach, listening deeply to understand your needs.

Not sure about medication? I offer an optional “informational” session to explain how medications, therapy, genetic testing, and ADHD evaluations work—no pressure, just clarity. I especially enjoy helping people new to treatment, seeking clarity about a diagnosis, or navigating mental health in pregnancy. I also support those who travel between NY and FL.
