Dr. Tintorer went to medical school at New Jersey Medical School, and went on to begin a residency in surgery before deciding that a career in psychiatry was where she wanted to be. She did her general psychiatry training at St. Vincent's Catholic Medical Center in Manhattan, then her Child and Adolescent Fellowship at St. Luke's Roosevelt Medical Center in Manhattan. She has rotated through a therapeutic school in NYC, worked in a substance abuse clinic in Brooklyn, and worked with psychiatric inpatient and outpatient children and adults in both NY and NJ. She has been in practice in Monmouth County since 2010.

Mood lability, ie agitation, manic and hypomanic symptoms, 1 deficits in general coping mechanisms and stress management, impaired grief, and coping with life stressors , hopelessness and suicide ideations among others.

Our psychiatrist combines medication, supplements and bio identical hormones in order to address the symptoms and their origin. We also offer outpatient detoxification for different drugs of abuse and alcohol, combined with counseling for relapse prevention and coping skills.

Dr. Graydon Goss was raised in Tinton Falls, NJ. He attended Christian Brothers Academy, Brown University and Dartmouth Medical School receiving his Doctorate in Medicine in 1977. After training in Psychiatry and Child / Adolescent Psychiatry at Los Angeles County General Hospital and U.S.C. Medical Center, he served as Chief of the LA County Adolescent Psychiatric Crisis Unit. In 1998 he returned to NJ, where he utilizes skills developed over 38 years of practice addressing the complex problems which face today's teens and their families. Unlike many psychiatrists he provides talk and behavioral psychotherapies as well as psychopharmacology.
