I am a Cornell-trained psychiatrist and psychotherapist in New York City, board certified in both Adult Psychiatry and Geriatric Psychiatry. After completing training, I stayed on full-time faculty at Weill Cornell Medicine, where I focused on providing mental health care to medical students, graduate students, and individuals pursuing careers in science, medicine and technology. I have since transitioned to private practice, and am a member of the voluntary faculty at Weill Cornell Medical College. I am an advanced candidate in Adult Psychoanalysis at Columbia University Center for Psychoanalytic Training and Research.
I have developed areas of interest in career development, relationship stressors, cultural identity, grief, women's mental health, anxiety and depression across the age spectrum. I am trained in various modalities of psychotherapy, with advanced training in introspective psychotherapies such as psychodynamic psychotherapy and psychoanalysis.
