I work with teens, adults, and older adults facing anxiety, ADHD, mood disorders, trauma, and other complex mental health concerns. With 20 years of experience in psychiatry, including 8 years practicing as a psych nurse practitioner, I have worked in hospitals, clinics, PHP/IOP programs, and consultation liaison settings. Building a trusting relationship with my clients is extremely important to me because meaningful progress happens when people feel safe and supported. Together we clarify concerns, explore options, and develop thoughtful treatment plan.
I believe in an individualized, empathetic, and nonjudgmental approach to care. My work may include counseling, and supportive psychotherapy for clients and their families when helpful. I also coordinate with other providers and order labs or testing when needed so treatment decisions remain thoughtful, safe, and grounded in evidence-based care.
Many people arrive feeling anxious about what their first visit will be like. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I work closely with each client to build a treatment plan that fits their needs so they can improve mental health, strengthen relationships, and feel more confident in daily life.
