Growing up around mental health and substance use challenges gave me a lifelong curiosity about people and a deep respect for the strength it takes to just keep going.
My background is in nursing, oncology, and end-of-life care, where I learned how much strength and vulnerability can coexist. It taught me to meet people in their most human moments—something I bring to every session. Now, I work with adults navigating complex trauma and ADHD. These challenges often overlap, and I offer counseling and medication management.
I’m the kind of provider who asks a lot of questions—probably more than I should—and I’ve learned that sharing my own humanity can help others share theirs. Outside of work, I recharge by reading, meditating, and laughing with my family. Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and real. You don’t have to be ready. You just have to start.
