Welcome: I'm a Georgetown-trained psychiatrist and psychotherapist and I enjoy working with women, men, teens and children. My office sits at the heart of Dupont Circle in Washington, DC and I offer telehealth to people in DC, MD, VA and NY. I treat a wide variety of concerns including depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, panic attacks, psychosis, trauma, addiction, dissociation, ASD, ADHD, OCD, eating disorders and personality disorders. I can also help with the challenges of life which might include dissatisfaction with yourself or your relationships, a lack of meaning or sense of purpose, anger, grief or burnout to name a few.
I offer medication treatment, depth psychotherapy or a combination. My advanced training in psychoanalytic therapy lends itself to looking deeply beneath the surface toward more impactful and long-lasting change. I know that psychiatric struggles never occur in a vacuum and I'll take each of the pieces into thoughtful account within the context of your life.
