I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with more than ten years of experience in various facets of mental health. My philosophy includes a focus on whole mind and body wellness. I specialize in depression, anxiety, mood-disorders, trauma-related disorders such as PTSD, and serve as an advocate for patients within the LGBTQIA+ community. I believe in evidence-based practice, with a primary focus on thoughtful medication management. I maintain a limited private practice to offer a high level of flexibility to my patients.
Patients have direct access to me via secure portal and I can be available for rapid crisis intervention, if needed.
