We will begin with a thorough psychiatric evaluation to fully understand your, history, lifestyle, and goals. From there, I develop an individualized treatment plan catered to my client.
Many people I work with are strong, capable people who are doing their best to manage work, family, and daily responsibilities while quietly struggling inside. I know this can be intimidating. It takes courage to admit that something needs attention. My role is to provide a safe, respectful space where you feel heard, understood and supported- not judged.
