As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I take an integrative approach to mental health, combining traditional medicine with holistic interventions. I believe true healing goes beyond symptom management—it involves addressing the whole person: mind, body, and lifestyle.
With a focus on evidence-based treatment, medication management, and holistic strategies, I work collaboratively with each client to create individualized care plans that promote balance, resilience, and long-term well-being. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered in your mental health journey.
As part of clinical training, I spent one year with New Vision Healthcare Group, where I had the privilege of partnering with group homes and supporting individuals with various mental disorders and disabilities. Additionally, I completed a rotation at a mental health crisis center where I developed critical skills in crisis intervention.
