As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I specialize in supporting those with past traumatic experiences, including but not limited to firefighters, police officers, paramedics, and veterans—who face the mental toll of trauma, stress, and burnout. I understand the unique challenges of this work: the pressure to stay strong, the stigma around asking for help, and the detrimental impact on relationships and sleep. My goal is to create a safe, confidential space where you can be heard without judgment. Together, we will focus on practical strategies to manage everyday life so you can feel grounded, connected, and in control again.
With 21 years of emergency room experience as an RN, I was inspired to transition into mental health care to meet the growing need for compassionate, holistic, and integrated support. I now help individuals—especially first responders—navigate trauma, stress, and other mental health challenges with empathy and evidence-based care.
I am passionate about offering complete mental health care. This includes thorough assessments, evidence-based treatments, psychotherapy, and medication management. I work with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that promote lasting well-being by managing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, and many other psychiatric conditions.
