My practice specializes in the treatment of women's mental health. I provide therapy and medication management services for perinatal depression, anxiety, and OCD. I also greatly enjoy working with women who are interested in utilizing integrative medicine approaches to treat symptoms of PMDD and perimenopause.
In addition to therapy and medication management, I offer Functional Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine services to enhance mental health and well-being. Please note, I do not prescribe any controlled substances which include benzodiazepines and stimulant medications.
I offer 90-minute initial evaluations and 30-45 minute follow-up appointments to ensure my clients receive optimal, individualized, holistic care. All services are currently provided via telehealth.
