Reflective Minds Mental Health is a private mental health practice currently accepting NEW patients. Our mission is to reduce the stigma of mental illness and provide patients and their families tools (education, psychotherapy, and medication management) to improve their quality of life and maximize their joy. Co-founder, Nicole Feagin, PA-C, is a board-certified psychiatric physician assistant who brings empathy, compassion and an individualized approach in conjunction with evidence-based psychiatric medication management services to help her patients obtain wellness in their lives.
Nicole Feagin completed her undergraduate education at Boston University with a B.A. in Psychology. She furthered her education at Mercy College by obtaining a Masters in Physician Assistant Studies. Nicole is certified to prescribe Suboxone.
Nicole has a wide variety of experience, having practiced psychiatry since 2015 in psychiatric settings including acute inpatient (Stamford Hospital and Greater Bridgeport) and outpatient settings treating adolescent and adult populations.
