I work with adults (18+) facing challenges like depression, anxiety, insomnia, bipolar disorder, and OCD, to name a few. I offer thorough evaluation and treatment for ADHD, helping individuals better understand and navigate their daily lives. Additionally, I support clients navigating life transitions, identity concerns, and the emotional impact of chronic health issues. I believe mental and physical health are deeply interconnected and should be addressed together for true healing.
I offer in-person visits in Hilo and virtual visits statewide.
I offer psychiatric medication management, therapy and lifestyle support using various evidence-based modalities depending on your unique needs and preferences.
