I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a clinical background that includes nearly two decades as an inpatient obstetric nurse. During this time, I was privileged to care for and support families during their most vulnerable moments. I transitioned into psychiatric practice to offer the same compassionate support that is so vital when facing life's challenges. I provide a warm and nurturing environment to work through issues involving anxiety, depression, ADHD, and maternal mental health. I offer psychotherapy and medication management as needed, to enable clients to thrive in their daily life.

I utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients improve relationships with others, reframe challenges, and find actionable solutions. I use a holistic approach that takes into account both the psychological and physiological causes of mental health challenges.
