Dr. Skefos is a Harvard-trained, American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology—Board Certified Psychiatrist, treating children, adolescents, and adults across Texas.
I have a great deal of experience treating individuals of all ages with all mental health conditions—including complex ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, autism, bipolar disorder, psychosis—but I particularly enjoy helping students and young adults in high-stress, high-pressure environments overcome their challenges.
