Next Step Psychiatry in Lilburn offers psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and in-office Spravato (esketamine) for adults whose depression has not improved after antidepressants. We are REMS-certified. Each Spravato visit is about two hours on site; you must have a ride home and cannot drive after the session. Care is in person at 4145 Lawrenceville Hwy NW, Suite 100, or by telehealth in Georgia. We do not offer TMS.
