At Azurite Services, we offer psychiatric medication management, psychotherapy, addiction medication management with combined psychotherapy, medically managed weight loss programs, and hydromassage therapy. OPENING mid-lat February 2021: We provide Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for treatment resistant depression and treatment resistant obsessive compulsive disorder. We are a specialty clinic and we work with your current provider for the duration of treatment, which can last for 4-6 weeks. TMS is non invasive direct stimulation to the part brain that is not working well in depression or OCD to induce healing with the goal being reduction in symptoms and possible remission. We treat adults and are happy to call Las Cruces home. We provide tele appointments for evaluations with treatment being done in our office.
