Roberts professional career spans over a decade in various environments from Intensive care, Case Management and other various leadership roles. Robert enjoys nothing better than coming alongside someone to help them to achieve a greater sense of well-being and fulfillment in life. Although he considers ADHD his specialty, Robert is able to treat a wide array of conditions including PTSD, Depression, Anxiety Disorders, OCD, Bipolar Disorder and many others.

Accepting New Clients. Appointments are typically available within 7 days. We offer Medication Management, Counseling/Psychotherapy, and Neuropsychological Testing online via our Telepsychiatry Services throughout Florida. Our team of experienced mental health professionals includes Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, Certified Physician Assistants, and Licensed Therapists. We care for adults, adolescents, and children, ages 5 and above. We accept most insurance plans including Medicare.

Yasmin Panjwani is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) in Florida with a Doctorate degree in Nursing Practice (DNP). Yasmin earned her Master's in Nursing Education (MSN) at University of South Florida and continued her education to become a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Yasmin worked as an APRN and provided wide range of healthcare services to patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. While providing medical care to patients, developed passion in psychiatry. Yasmin realized that many mental health disorders occur concurrently with medical conditions.

Together, we represent an exceptionally skilled group that genuinely loves what we do and the patients we do it for. In my own recent past as Vice-Chair of Medicine at Tampa Community Hospital; and, as a lead resident at Department of Medicine at East Tennessee State University, I saw there was a fairly large gap between the standard of mental care needed by patients and that which was typically delivered in terms of psychotherapy and psychopharmacology.

Pragnesh Patel, MD, is a Florida licensed Board-certified General/Adult Psychiatrist. He served as lead resident in department of Medicine at East Tennessee State University in 2015. He serves as a Medical Director at Instic Health. Dr Patel has developed standards to offer better care to patients. Instic Health is an outpatient psychiatric practice providing outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment across FL.

Pamela works with individuals who are looking to gain insight into themselves and improve their quality of life. She seeks to understand each individual holistically, including their backgrounds and the strengths they already possess to provide an individualized approach. Pamela believes that establishing a strong alliance with her clients is essential to getting the most out of therapy and creating lasting change. Through this alliance, she partners with her clients to explore and address thought and behavior patterns that serve as barriers to enjoying life fully.
