Are you feeling anxious or depressed? Do you suffer from attention deficit disorder? Are you struggling with what’s going on with the world? I work with psychotherapy and medication “if necessary” in a caring, empathic environment to get you back to functioning at your best. In addition to improving your sleep and decreasing your anxiety, I can help you feel more energy, joy, and self-esteem. I also work with relationship problems and difficulties dealing with aging.
If you are an adult living in the Bay Area and want to feel better as soon as possible, I have openings now. I’ve been in private practice for 42 years with a wide variety of training including in depth work, life coaching, mindfulness therapy, dream analysis and cognitive-behavioral skills.
As an artist myself I enjoy helping those of you with creative blocks. As an ordained interfaith minister, I can also help you with spiritual issues like fear of aging, death, and dying.
