My standalone Medication Management services allow you to receive medication for behavioral health purposes from one of our prescribers without being linked to a therapy service to do so. I’ve always been interested in mental health and how early support can positively influence someone’s long-term well-being.
My background in Social Psychology and my nursing experience pushed me toward a role where I could blend therapeutic work with medication management. Mentor South Bay’s community-focused model and collaborative approach aligned well with how I want to practice, which is what drew me to this position.
I’m especially drawn to child and adolescent mental health, mood and anxiety disorders, and medication management that includes clear communication and patient education. I focus on creating a calm, supportive space for individuals and families, using a trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach.
